Five precepts for daily living: I will not harm other living beings and rather cultivate compassion (no killing). I will not take things that are not given to me and rather cultivate sharing (no stealing). I will not commit sexual misbehavior and rather cultivate purity (no sexual misconduct).
I will not use untruthful speech, harsh speech or gossip and rather cultivate honesty (no lying). I will not take any kind of intoxicant and rather cultivate clear mind (no intoxicants).

Meditation Meditation can help people open up into their subconscious mind and they can realize their own real problem (self realization) and with a true master to overcome and identify the real problem and can help the individual begin the healing process. By focusing on one thing “Namo Amitabul†during meditation, you allow your mind to focus on something positive so you don’t get distracted in your meditation and can then lead to identify your own problems and have self realizations to start your own healing process. Different states of consciousness may be experienced in mediation, through not clinging to them we remain calm and not confused by those states. One way is to return back to Namo Amitabul as the root practice.
