My favorite studio in the area by far! Restorative Yoga and Sadhana Yoga Basics are both such rewarding classes and Jessica is an amazing instructor. I regularly attend Kripalu Yoga with Silvana which is a wonderful way to start the week and her teaching style is very calm and centering. Basics with Peter is a great class for the beginner, he is very kind and interested in the needs of each individual student. The Heron is a wonderful studio for those interested in the spiritual side of their yoga practice, I love it there.

Every experience I have had at The Heron Dance Yoga & Meditation Studio has been pleasant, educational and wonderful. When you are there, you feel comfortable and welcomed. The aura of the space is that of harmony. The teachers are kind, knowledgeable and are genuinely concerned about your well being. They give back to the community and prices are as affordable as they can make them. I would recommend it to anyone!!! I will continue to keep going here. It is just so nice.
